Our Story

How Blue Hill Station Came To Be

My senior year of high school, in the summer of 2020, my friends and I decided to set up a temporary recording studio in a pre-school. While the kids were on summer break, we were busy working on recording albums. After some time, we later moved into our own space where we added a photography studio, practice space, and a podcast studio.

After recording for a few local Lexington bands, we decided to host our first concert in our space. We put a bill together of local bands and showcased the works of local artist. There was an amazing turn out! So, we kept putting together shows throughout 2023, before ending our concert series that December.

Our sights are now set on bringing it back better than ever, by offering new opportunities for artist, putting on larger showcases, and creating another space for creatives in the bluegrass.

Blue Hill Comics+

Blue Hill Comics+ is a subsidiary of Blue Hill Station. We then decided to open up Blue Hill Comics+ as our creative outlet to pursue our hobbies in collecting, and selling, of vintage merchandise and comics.
